Valley College Learners
We believe young people who will benefit from Valley College will:
- Be aged 18 to 20 years on the first year of entry;
- Have (or will have had) a full Statement of Special Educational Needs or hold a current Education Health Care Plan funded at Band E or above;
- Have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) falling in the range of severe learning difficulties or more moderate learning difficulties with additional needs that cannot be met in a local college.

Target Learners- All learners will have a current EHCP where special educational needs are described as severe (Pathway to Independent/Employability) or severe or moderate (Pathway to employability/employment), an appropriate funding band to cover course costs and a minimum age 18 years. |
