PACE 4 Work-Related Learning

PACE 4 learners explored the value of communication during their Work-Related Learning session. Learners engaged in positional language to describe a picture verbally as a peer attempted to draw what they heard. Upon consent, learners were presented with a kinesthetic form of communication in which they had to draw a picture on a peer's back using shapes while attempting to mimic the movement to paper to complete their task. Following this, the learners discussed why they considered communication to be important to them and agreed it helped them to understand the task and that they need to listen carefully for the communication to be effective.
